CO2 LASER MARKING EQUIPMENT

PrinciplesCO2 laser marking machine is a gas laser machine whose frequency band wave length of infrared light is 10.64um. CO2 gas is filled in the discharge tube as the medium to produce laser. When high voltage is added to the electrode, it will produce glow discharge in the discharge tube and then the gas molecule will discharge laser. After the energy of laser is strengthened, it will form the laser beams to process the materials. computer-controlled resonance mirror can change the path of the laser beams so that automatic marking can be accomplished.

Functions and advantagesLaser: It is equipped with original laser machine imported from America and discharge laser steady, so it’s seldom fall off and its life is as long as 25000 hours. The costof use and maintaining is very low.
Controlling computer: We use industrial controlling computer. It is superior to fam ily or commercial computer so it can ensure the equipment to work long-time and steadily in the industrial condition and will not easily crash.
Controlling software: It has strong capability .It can even the figures, laminate set up parameters and preview the place of infrared light. It can calculate the figures precisely and mark all kinds of bar codes , graphic code and mark on the opposite side.
Water cooling circulation system: It has body-separated structure to transpire the heat outside , so it can function in the environment without air conditioner and the operator can have a comfortable work environment.

Power supply: 220VAC ±5% 50HZ alternating current capacity, it should be more than 2KW, has null line and separate earth wire which should be connected with the earth well. The circuit breaker should be set specially for the machine (C20) and it should equip with electric leaking protecting device.
