PrinciplesLaser spot welding is use high energe impulse laser to weld the material. It through laser power discharge to Xe lamp impulse to form light wave. The light wave radiate to Nd3+:YAG crystal through gather ray cavity, crystal send 1064nm im pulse laser through resonance, then it weld the materials through echo and focus.Commonly used in the jewelry industry this is known as jewelry laser spot welding.

Functions and advantagesThe laser spot welding machine produced by Aohua is specially designed for jewelry industry. It can be used to repair the holes on the jewelry; spot weld the blisters weld borders and so on. AHL-W75/90 series is improved from advanced design technology imported from Germany.

Besides, laser spot welding can be used to group weld tiny components, for example, weld motor electrode and optical components in greenhouse or special condition.
