LASER CUTTING SYSTEM

PrinciplesLaser cutter is use high energe impulse laser to cut the material. It through laser power discharge to Xe-lamp impulse to form light wave. The light wave radiate to Nd3+:YAG cr ystal through gather ray cavity, cr ystal send 1064nm impulse laser through resonance, then it cut the materials through echo and focus.

Functions and advantages. The control system use industry pc to make the operation is easier, it c an realize automatic programme operation and operate by hand at the sam e time.

Power supply: 380VAC ±5% 50HZalternating current capacity, it should be more than 10KW, has null line and separate earth wire which should be connected with the earth well. The circuit breaker should be set specially for the machine (C40) and it should equip with electric leaking protecting device.
