Laser mold welding machine (IV)

Application:

1. Laser mold welding machine AHL-W220IV and AHL-W400IV  are the fourth generation Aohua laser welding equipment for mold repairing. The laser source of it can electrically operated up and down, left and right or back and forth. And its worktable can also be electrically operated up and down, which means Aohua fourth generation laser mold welding machine is more suitable for repairing outsize, medium-size and large mould.

2. Applicable to mold steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper and copper alloy, casting mold, forging mold, stamping mold, die casting mold and hard metal materials including S136, SKD-11, NAK80, 8407, 718, 738, H13, P20, W302, 2344.

Advantages:

1. Laser mold welding machine fuses the special welding wires to the damaged parts of the mold. Through high heat generated by the laser, the melted welding wires will fill the damaged parts gradually. After that, it conducts the glossy processing through sparks and grinding in order to repair the mold. 

2. It conducts the precision repair for the mould's blister, cracks, chippings and wearing parts.

3. The are affected by heat is very small, so it won't cause heat deformation on the mold.

4. Deeply and firmly welding.

5. Fully dissloved and no repairing trace. Also, there is no depression phenomenon for the joint between convex fuese and substrates.
